All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping for packages weighing 5 ounces or less on all jewelry items.
FREE shipping: Jewelry orders of $50 or more will automatically be shipped for free, regardless of weight. Shipping rates will be calculated for all other items. You will be given a choice of carriers and rates at checkout.
DELAYS – Delays may occur that may be out of our control. We do our best to let you know if your shipment will be experiencing delays.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within the 92708 area code. For orders under $150, we charge $15 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made same day if order is placed by 12 noon M-F. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the time of our arrival. Someone must be present at the stated address to receive the order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@Bontika.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
